I have been taking the capsules for two weeks now, and noticed something that looked like corn in my stool a couple different times. Didn't think much of it, until yesterday, before flushing, I noticed something that was not normal, an entire capsule. I know this is gross, but I had to check, so I put on gloves, grabbed the capsule to see if the insides were gone, and the entire thing was there, much like lithium grease, it smeared on the gloves without coming off. I believe this product is bogus, because I don't hardly ever eat corn, and this is a product that your body will not absorb. Maybe the liquid works, but they are not getting any more of my money.
